Tesin is a professional knitwear manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, specializing in custom sweaters, cardigans, pullovers, knitted dresses, vests, and knitwear accessories for global fashion brands.
With years of OEM and ODM experience, we provide complete support from design development and sampling to bulk production, quality control, and delivery. We supply knitwear to international fashion brands, including Elena Mirò, Luisa Spagnoli, Motivi, Oltre, and Trussardi.
Our factory supports a wide range of knitwear techniques, including digital printing, screen printing, splicing, jacquard, intarsia, embroidery, and customized design details.
Our Factory
We own a modern knitwear production facility located at No. 333, Fuhua South Road, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Covering an area of 4,500 square meters, our factory is equipped with domestic Cixing computerized flat knitting machines, a professional sample room, and a strict quality control system.
Our team has more than 70 members, including our R&D team, international sales team, merchandising team, and experienced workshop workers. With strong OEM and ODM capabilities, we support both small-batch customization and large-scale production for global fashion brands.
From design development, yarn selection, and sample making to bulk production, quality inspection, and delivery, Tesin provides reliable knitwear manufacturing solutions with stable quality and on-time delivery.
Production Capability
Tesin has strong knitwear production capability to support both sample development and bulk orders. Our factory is equipped with more than 20 computerized flat knitting machines and supports multiple gauge options, including 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 12GG, 14GG, 16GG, and 18GG. Among them, 18GG is available for selected fine-gauge styles.
Our monthly production capacity is approximately 40,000 pieces. The usual sample lead time is 7–10 days, and bulk production normally takes 30–60 days, depending on the order quantity, yarn, technique, and design complexity.
We produce a wide range of knitwear products, including sweaters, cardigans, pullovers, knit dresses, vests, and other custom knitwear items for global fashion brands.

Quality Control Process
- Yarn Inspection: Check yarn quality, color, composition, and texture before production.
- Sample Approval: Confirm sample size, workmanship, fabric hand feel, color, and details before bulk production.
- In-line Inspection: Check knitting quality, workmanship, measurements, colors, and production details during bulk production.
- Final Inspection: Review finished garments before shipment to ensure they meet order requirements.
- Measurement Checking: Check key measurement points according to the approved size specification.
- Packing Inspection: Check labels, hangtags, polybags, carton marks, folding, packing quantity, and final appearance.
